Elizabeth Ü founded Finance for Food in late 2010, and served as its executive director until early 2014. During those three and a half years, she:
- Authored Raising Dough: The Complete Guide to Financing a Socially Responsible Food Business;
- Designed and delivered dozens of presentations and workshops for farmers, food entrepreneurs, investors, philanthropists, and others;
- Contributed content or editorial oversight to several webinars, reports, books, blogs, and radio shows;
- Consulted with a wide variety of clients, including entrepreneurs, nonprofit organizations, technical assistance providers, universities, and foundations.
